The goal of this workshop is to build a culture within the workplace to support effective leadership. There is no such thing as a perfect leader; at best there are good leaders. The secret to good leadership is being able to bring out the best in others. It is the ability to make people feel valued and respected; to make them feel what they do is important.
This workshop explores what we all bring to the workplace personally, how it affects behavior, influences our leadership style and the people we lead. It explores what kind of impressions we are leaving with people through our communication skills both verbal and non-verbal. Discover the common communication thread on which to build an engaged and accountable workforce.
