The Project Implementation session continues on from the Interpreting Construction Documents course to provide an understanding of full project execution. In order to successfully complete a total project, it is necessary to have a full understanding of the process required to ensure smooth flow of information, documentation and coordination required during the construction sequence.
The process of documentation construction, requirements for site administration, potential changes to the project, standard payment procedures and proper closure are reviewed as integral components of project delivery. This session also provides the outline of processing for necessary communication and coordination between all parties during the course of construction. Project Implementation provides an in‐depth review of the nature for project delivery once an award of the contract is made to a successful bidder. This course contains information and tools necessary for project and site management of all aspects for construction from the perspective of contract execution.
