This seminar will address conflict from a different perspective, as conflict is complicated. There are many factors involved—our own personalities, which are partly formed by our upbringing and life experiences. Other factors include where we live and work starting from our culture to our home and workplace environment. You will learn what your preferred style is in dealing with conflict; if this is different in the home versus work. It will determine if you deal differently with conflict when calm versus when you are highly emotional. In order to identify this, you will be given a questionnaire that you can score yourself and use in the future.
Last but not least, we will look at different and “difficult” personalities and how to communicate with people who are different from ourselves. You will be able to identify different personality styles.
This seminar also explores bullying and harassment in the workplace and how to deal with these behaviors in the best possible way.
